Remedial Breathing class Series for asthma and other respiratory challenges.
Six classes based on the Buteyko Breathing Method (EBBM). For kids with ongoing health issues including asthma, seizures, and conditions requiring daily medication. Pre-registration and commitment to all 6
sessions required.

Yogiraj Siddhanath's Surya Yoga Surya Healing Practice
Saturday, March 18th 3:30-5:30pm
Connect with and harness the boundless healing powers of the sun. This practice heals the physical body through movements and visualizations which invite the healing powers of the sun to activate the healing centers of the body. Yogic breathing techniques are used for healing the energetic and emotional bodies, while mantras and visualizations are used for the mental body.
Yogiraj is descended from the Solar Dynasty of Rama and Buddha. He is hailed as one of the foremost Solar Master's of the 20th century & is blessed by the Immortal Babaji to spread the Divine Science of Kriya Yoga.

Awakening through Deeksha

Prenatal Partner Yoga and Acupressure for Labor
Devorah Blum & Stephanie Bauer
Explore ways to give and receive physical and emotional support during pregnancy and labor. Learn basic acupressure points and techniques to ease the discomfort associated with the labor process. Stretch and relax together using partner yoga, acupressure and visualizations for a healthy birth.

Restorative Yoga

$20 per workshop- all levels welcome, no former yoga necessary
Props such as bolsters and blankets are used to support you in variations of Basic Relaxation Pose. Poses, while passive, bring about a deep state of relaxation and can boost the immune system as well as deeply affect the organs and other body systems. Whether you feel healthy or ill, strong or weak, the poses are valuable. They definitely reduce your stress level.
