Debra
Gorman started www.YogaHereAndNow.com
from Sebastopol, CA in 2000. She has been a certified massage therapist
since 1986. Her training with Joseph Heller (Hellerwork) in 1988
was the beginning of a love affair with conscious movement. After
a disc herniation in 1994 she discovered the therapeutic benefits of
yoga. Her desire to more effectively serve her clientele led her
to take Joseph LePage's Integrative Yoga Therapy training in June 1999.
She finds the yoga community in Sonoma County inspiring and is honored
to be able to bring together this information on the internet.
Debra is also the owner of
Essential Touch Massage in Sebastopol. Her massage integrates
many different styles of bodywork for her client' varying needs from
simple relaxation to deep therapeutics. She has over 1000 hours
of training in various techniques including deep tissue, Shiatsu, acupressure,
polarity, Trager and reflexology. Her massage is a unique and
satisfying blend of them all. Her home office is exquisitely located
